Vangelis - Blade Runner (remastered) (180g) (Red Vinyl)
The soundtrack to Ridley Scott's sci-fi masterpiece "Blade Runner" wrote Vangelis in 1982. The Greek musician who won "Chariots of Fire" an Oscar, among other things with the music and in Germany in 1995 each had a term at the latest, as boxing champion Henry Maske "Conquest of Paradise" chose as invasion music, creates haunting soundscapes of dark, melodic synthesizer compositions and whispered dialogue set pieces, superbly reflect the eerie atmosphere of the film. 1994 full soundtrack was released for the first time on CD.
Kevin Gray took in his "Cohearant Audio Studios" remastering and was enthusiastic about the spectacular sound quality. On the video portal "YouTube" He even published a short film about his process. He points out that the 25 Hz bass that has maintained phased awarded the film a malignant atmosphere in the recording. This should have not dared at times the film's release, because often made of plastic Tonarme the early 80s would have been simply overwhelmed. "Blade Runner" will appear as a red-transparent 180g vinyl LP in high quality gatefold sleeve with many color photos from the film. Limited edition with continuous serial number. A must for every collector!
