KC & the Sunshine Band (140g Vinyl LP)
Harry Wayne "KC" Casey and Richard Finch worked early in 1972 for a small record label in Florida and had great ideas for really good music that went far beyond their daily tasks. Then on their second album in 1975, they created a couple of disco classic race with titles such as That's the Way I Like It and Get Down Tonight. The consistently danceable album stormed to the top of the charts and laid the foundation for the later recording of the band in the soundtrack of Saturday Night Fever.
The MFSL reissue sounds unexpectedly good for a disco album of the 70's and provides powerful bass with shimmering details on an enormously wide soundstage.
