Cash On Delivery
Cash on delivery is only available for shippings to Germany.
Cash on delivery has an additional cost of 5,90 Euro.
For cash on delivery with DHL Nachnahme adds 2 Euro to the 5,90 Euro cash on delivery costs. This 2 Euro are paid extra to the deliverer.
Receiving
For cash on delivery you should take care that you can receive the delivery personally from the deliverer to pay the bill. If you reject the delivery without a reason or not comprehensible reasons for us, we, Rö - HiFi GmbH, will charge you the complete shipping costs plus an additional handling charge.
Express Shipping
On request we send you your ordered products as express shipping. Ask for the additional costs for that by phone call.
Wichtiger Hinweis!
Trotz aller Sorgfalt kann es bei der Lieferung zu Schäden beim Transport kommen. In diesem Fall liefern wir Ihnen natürlich kostenlosen Ersatz für die beschädigten Artikel. Bitte beachten Sie aber folgende Vorgehensweise: Transportschäden sind sofort bei Zugang der Ware beim Zulieferer zu reklamieren. Bitte informieren Sie anschließend roe-hifi.de per Email über festgestellte Transportschäden. Sollten Sie Ware zurücksenden wollen, informieren Sie uns bitte vorher per eMail, Fax oder Telefon, damit wir ggfls. einen Abholservice beauftragen können.
